Willie Veryl was united in holy matrimony to Gwen Williams on June 19, 1978, in Washington, NC.
Willie Veryl received his formal education in the Beaufort County School System in Pantego, NC. He was formally employed by Northside High School where he worked as a Custodian.
Willie Veryl accepted Christ as his Savior in 2009 andjoined the Harvest Church where he joyously served until his health failed.
Willie was well known as Cheese, Easy, and Smiley. He loved people. In his leisure, he enjoyed watching football (especially the Greenbay Packers), watching westernshows, and working in Lawncare .
He was preceded in death by: his father, Willie Allen Williams; one sister, Janella Williams; and his grandmother, Louise Linton.
Willie leaves to cherish his memories: his wife, Gwen Williams of Washington; his children: Willie Williams Jr(Tyiesha) of Washington, Davelle Whitney (Atyana Starkie) of Chocowinity, and Rasheen Jenkins of the home; seven grandchildren; one great grandchild; his mother, Calvin Jean Williams; brothers: Ernest Lee Willians (Carolyn) of Washington, Jeffrey Williams of Acre Station, and Carnell Williams (Franchesca) of Chocowinity; sisters: Angelia W. Stilley of Acre Station, Joyce Razor (Michael) of Washington, and Deloris W.Clemons (Anthony) of Greenville; father-in-law, Carol Collins, four sisters-in-law: Mary Winfield , Doris Heggie, Karen Bunch, and Sherry Spencer; two brothers-in-law, Toby Collins and Brian Bunch, and a host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Special friends, Henry & Barbara Ebron, Bud and Barbara Alligood, and Jerry and Debra Clemmons;and neighbors Sherman and Sharon Little; travel buddies, Mary Ann and Edna Mae; and special uncle,Gary Linton of New Jersey.
