Mr. Thomas “Dump” Ebron, Jr., 68, of Washington, NC, passed away on Tuesday, December 10, 2024, at his home.

The Life & Legacy of Thomas “Dump” Ebron, Jr. 

Thomas Lee Ebron, Jr., affectionately known as "Dump," was born on August 6, 1956, to the late Thomas Lee Ebron Sr. and Gladys Ebron. He departed this life on Tuesday, December 10, 2024, leaving behind a legacy of love, laughter, and cherished memories. 

A proud graduate of Bath High School, class of 1975, Dump spent over 20 years as a skilled electrician. His professional journey included a significant tenure with Chuck (Earl) Casey Electricians, where his dedication and expertise shined. Known for his strong personality and quick wit, Dump had a way with words that could challenge and guide those around him.

Thomas was preceded in death by his devoted parents, Thomas Lee Ebron, Sr. and Gladys Ebron. 

Thomas will be fondly remembered by: his only child, DeWayne Windley (Patricia) of Washington, NC; along with his four grandchildren; DaQuaesia Windley, Nady’a Windley, Zaria Windley and DeWayne Windley; one great-grandchild, Khy’RahJoyner; his loving siblings, Gladys V. Ebron of Portsmouth, VA,Kenneth W. Ebron, Sr. (Shirley) of Greenville, NC, Laura Ebron, Joanna Farrow, Rosley Ebron, Michelle Ebron, and Phyllis Williams all of Washington, NC; one aunt, Virginia Copeland of Capital Heights, MD; Dump also leaves behind his favorite niece,Alanda Ebron who stood by him through thick and thin and was just a call or an argument away; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends who will carry his memory forward. Dump’s ties with his family were particularly special.

Though he is no longer with us, Dump will be remembered as a bright spirit and the profound impact he had on everyone who knew him. His memory will forever be etched in the hearts of all who loved him. Rest in peace, dear Thomas. You will be missed but never forgotten.
