Thomas Earl Barrow

Mr. Thomas Earl Barrow, 64, of Vanceboro, NC, passed away on Sunday, October, 6, 2024 at his home. 

Thomas Earl Barrow was born on September 23, 1960, to the union of John Thomas Barrow and Pinina Marie Whitehead Barrow in Washington, NC.  

Thomas Barrow received his formal education in Craven County Schools in Vanceboro, NC.

Thomas Barrow accepted Christ at an early age and was united with True Deliverance Church where he served as a deacon.

Thomas was united in holy matrimony with Susan Darlene Nelson Barrow on November 12, 1994, in Grifton, NC. Their union was blessed with two children.

He was employed by National Spinning as a Supervisor for over twenty-five years until his retirement. In his leisure, he enjoyed cooking, basketball where his favorite team was Duke University, and was a diehard Dallas Cowboys fan, he also loved wrestling and a good card game.

Thomas Barrow departed this life on October 6, 2024. He was preceded in death by, wife, Susan Barrow; daughter, Shaneka Fields; father, John Thomas Barrow; grandmother, Sarah Whitehead Murphy; and brother, Michael Barrow.

He leaves to cherish his memory, daughter, Tia Fields; four grandchildren, Alvonate, Jarriah, DeMarrace, and Freya; mother, Pinina Marie Barrow; sister, Mildred Hope (James), Carol Adams, Carolyn Willoughby; and Karen Barrow; three brothers, Gordell Waller ( Lucille); Christopher Barrow; Julian Barrow (Tramein); three sister-in-law, Shirley Mitchell, Janice Gardner and Annie Bell Rosenboro; special friends, Apostle Terry Rosenboro, Angie Coward, Elijah Waston, Robin Waston, Allie Gary, and Rodney Kornegay; and a host of nieces, nephews, and other friends.
