Shelly Ann Ross

Ms. Shelly Ross of Washington, N.C. entered into eternal rest on December 21, 2021.

Shelly Ann Ross was born on June 11, 1953, to the late Adell Ross in Washington, NC. She departed this life on December 21, 2021.

Shelly Ross received her formal education at Washington High School in Washington, NC.

Shelly Ann Ross accepted Christ as her Savior at the age of sixty-eight and was united with St. John Church of Christ.

Shelly Ross was unemployed and took joy and being a stay-at-home mom taking care of her family. She took care of her grandson until her health failed and she started having problems in 2019. She then entered Roanoke River Trace in Williamston, NC and loved the group of ladies that took great care of her. She remained there until her untimely death.

In her leisure she enjoyed going crossword puzzles, playing bingo, soap operas, loved the Dallas Cowboys, and most of all her kids, grandkids, and family. 

She was preceded in death by her mother, Adell Ross; and brother, Gregory Allen Ross.

Shelly leaves to cherish her memories: children, Michelle Sinclair (William) of Washington, NC and Clifton Ross (Lisa) of Fuquay, NC; grandchildren: Raekwon Ross, Casya Harper (Rogeric), and Alisha Ross; great grandchildren: King Kion Dominic Ross, Cayden Harper, and Cameron Harper; brother, Travis Ross of Philadelphia, PA; sister-in-law, Barbara Ross; special cousins: Dalphine Chapman, Sue Hill, and Ruthel Royster; a host of other relatives and friends.
