Savannah James Cradle

Ms. Savannah James Cradle of Jamesville, N.C. entered into eternal rest on September 28, 2022.

Ms. Savannah James Cradle was born on July 30, 1936, to Grover James and Leora Smith in Williamston, N.C.
Savannah received her formal education at EJ Hayas High School in Martin County. Savannah accepted Christ as her Savior at an early age. She attended church throughout her life in Brooklyn New York, the Terra Ceia Community, and the Piney Woods Community until her health began to fell.
Savannah was united in holy matrimony with James Lee Cradle on December 11, 1971, in Brooklyn, NY. Their union was blessed with 3 children and 2 bonus daughters.
She was employed by Terra Ceia Flower Farms as a Laborer until her Retirement.
Savannah James Cradle departed this life on September 28, 2022. She was preceded in death by: Husband: James Lee Cradle; Mother: Leora Smith; Father: Grover A. James; and Brother: Lindberg James.
She leaves to cherish her memory: Children: Corey Cradle (Niada)Clayton NC, Tonya Cradle Moore Greenville NC, Trina Cradle Garner NC; Two Bonus daughters: Hazel Cradle Peele (Lewis)Pantego NC, Theresa Stewart (Kenneth)Rivers Edge NJ;  One  Sister: Verna Mae Moore; One Sister In Law Margie Love;  Four Godchildren Adrienne Davenport, Gregory Davenport, Frances Watson and Paulette Kee , A very Special Niece and Nephews: Elaine Moore, Alexander Moore, and William Earl Moore; 10 Grandchildren, 8 great grandchildren, and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, family, and friends.
