Ms. Rosylin Mayo Nobles of Greenville, N.C. entered into eternal rest on September 17, 2022, at her home surrounded by her family.
Rosylin Mayo was born May 29, 1958, to the union of Mr. Joe Savage and Mrs. Hattie Mae Mayo in Greenville, NC.
Rosylin Mayo received her formal education at Agnes Fullove High School in Greenville, N.C. She furthered her education at Pitt Community college in Greenville, NC with an Associate Degree in Office Administration and Medical Office.
Rosylin Mayo accepted Christ as her Savior in 1998 at the age of 40 and was united with Mount Calvary Church where she served on the usher board until she moved her membership to Philippi Church of Christ under Leadership of Pastor Dameion Royal.
She was employed by Pitt County Schools as a Bus Monitor until her health failed. In her, she enjoyed playing Bingo, cards, and planning family events.
Rosylin Mayo departed this life on September 17, 2022. She was preceded in death by her sisters: Anita Joyner, Dorothy Ash, Gloria Teel, BJ Atkinson, and Lillie Mae Smith; Borthers: Ernest Hymond and Curtis Langley; Broth-in-law: Anthony Thomas; Neice: Tamara Joyner; and Nephew: Leroy Barnes.
She leaves to cherish her memory: Fiancé’: Eugene Lee; Children: Deontrayvia (Dayta), Damon, and Demond (Katie Mae); Grandchildren: Talysia, Jaquavione, Deontrayvia Jr. Yasmine, Dezlyn, Ne’Vayah, Nastavja, Tania, Damon, U’Shyra, U’Edavion, Dy’asia; Sisters and Brother: Alphonza Mayo, Maggie Wilson (Martin), Arominta (Michael) Blake, Sara Charlene Thomas, Regina (Roger) Anderson, Peggy Taft, and Beverly Joyner; Three Great Grandcildren; Special Friends: Terry Freeman, Claudette Smith, Carol Wilson, Carolyn Pridgen, and Joyce Watts, and a host of other relatives and friends.
