Odis Ray Draughn, III, 29, of Tarboro, NC passed away June 30, 2024 in Tarboro, NC.  

Odis Ray Draughn III was born on May 31, 1995, to Odis Ray Draughn II and Shamekia Condery in Tarboro, NC.

Odis better known as Third and Tano received his formal education at Edgecombe County Public Schools and was a proud 2013 graduate of Tarboro High School in Tarboro, NC. As #34, he held down the full-back and defensive lineman position on the Tarboro Vikings Football Team. After graduating he attended Pitt Community College. He was employed at Lambert's Cable Splicing in Rocky Mount, NC as an Operator on the Directional Drill Crew.

He enjoyed grilling and spending time with family and friends in his leisure time. He had a heart of gold, was very humble, and most definitely the life of the party.

Third departed his life on June 30, 2024. He was preceded in death by his paternal grandparents, Odis Ray Draughn Sr., and Arabell Draughn, and Maternal grandparents James Jones and Mary E. Condery.

He leaves to cherish his memory: son, Omari Rayante Draughn of Pinetops, NC; daughter, Ja’Diah Rae’Lynn La’Belle Draughn of the home; unborn son, Odis Ray Draughn IV of Ayden, NC; daughter-in-love J’Adore Rae Sutton-Cox of Ayden, NC; parents Shamekia Condery of Conetoe, NC; Odis Ray Draughn II (Shaniqua) of Princeville, NC; brothers O’Darius Draughn of Princeville, NC; Tavin Condery of Greenville, NC; sisters October Draughn of Princeville, NC; and Chy’Nautika Condery of Macon, GA; stepbrothers and stepsisters, Tyler, Taylor and Tatum Powell of Princeville, NC; aunts Shakela Knight (Thomas) of Greenville, NC; Latoya Bulluck of Rocky Mount, NC; uncles Antonio Draughn Sr. of Princeville, NC; Quincy Jones and Curtis Condery of Conetoe, NC; niece Marcayla Davis of Greenville, NC; and a host of great aunts, great uncles, cousins, and friends.
