Ms. Tawanda Antoinette Roberson was born on December 3,1977 to the union of Doris and Horace Roberson Jr. in Brooklyn, New York. Tawanda Roberson departed this life on August 2, 2021. Tawanda received her formal education at Port Saint Lucie High Scchool in Port Saint Lucie, Floridia. She furthered her education at Fayetteville Tech Community college in Fayetteville, N.C.

Tawanda Roberson accepted Christ at an early age and was united with True Words of Life Ministries where she served as a faithful member. In her leisure, she enjoyed singing, dancing, and reading books.

Tawanda leaves to cherish in her memories, her sons Kyel J. Bandy and Marquell S. McGee of Washington. One grandson Ky’Reign J. Bandy. One sister who raised her Sharon Young, two brothers Anthony Roberson and Fredrick Roberson; five nieces Azaria Young, Toneasia Roberson, Ariel Roberson, Winter Roberson, Karisma Clarke; Three Nephews James Thompson Jr., Anthony Roberson Jr., Kahon Roberson and host of other relatives
