Ms. Janice D. Peele

Ms. Janice D. Peele of Greenville, N.C. entered into eternal rest surrounded by family, on April 25,2021 at Vidant Inpatient Hospice.

Janice Delores Peele was born on February 10, 1959, to the union of Hubert Sherman Peele and Sue Dell Peele.She departed this life on April 25, 2021.

Janice received her formal education in the Martin County School System. She graduated from Williamston High School. She furthered her education at Pitt Community College in Winterville, NC.

Janice accepted Christ as her Savior and was united with Divine Praise Ministry in Washington, NC. 

Janice was employed as a Switchboard Operator and Front Desk Attendant at Pitt Memorial Hospital.

In her leisure time, she enjoyed watching cartoons, reading, writing poetry, drawing, crossword puzzles, and of course spending time with her grandchildren and great grandchild.

Janice was preceded in death by: her parents, Hubert and Sue Dell Peele; her brother, Gary Peele.; and her sister: Lori Corey.

She leaves to cherish her memories: her children: Tomica Roberson and Janay Peele, both of Greenville, NC; twograndchildren: DyMond Roberson and Kimiko Roberson, Jr both of Greenville, NC; one great grandchild: Ava Carney of Greenville, NC; sister: Martha Peele of Greenville, NC; two brothers Hubert Peele (Mona Lisa) of Jamesville, NC and Michael Peele of Greenville, NC; brother-in-law Tony Corey of Jamesville, NC; and a host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.
