Mr. Wayne O’Neal of Washington, N.C. entered into eternal rest on April 4, 2022, at his home surrounded by family.
On Monday, April 4, 2022, Wayne “Bone” O’Neal departed this earthly life and entered a peaceful, richer, and more joyous eternal life with the Lord Jesus Christ.
Wayne O’Neal was born September 13, 1961, to the union of Samuel and Cora O’Neal in Pantego N.C.
Wayne O’Neal received his formal education in Pantego School System and later moved to Washington, D, C., where he graduated from Roosevelt High School.
Wayne O’Neal was a Baptist at Queen’s Chapel Church of Christ at an early age, then later joined God Mission in Chocowinity under Pastor Norfleet.
Wayne O’Neal was united in holy matrimony with Esther Mae Parker November 1, 2000, in Washington, N.C. Their union was blessed with four children.
Wayne O’Neal was employed by Singer Furniture, Flander Filter, Moss Planning Co., and last, but not least Lewiston – where the family helped him catch those chickens. In his leisure Wayne enjoyed bike riding, long walks, fishing, basketball, music and spending time with his niece and nephew who he called “ankle biter”.
Wayne was preceded in death by his son Dwayne O’Neal, brother James Davis O’Neal, Parents Sam and Cora O’Neal, and sister Arthenia Booth.
He leaves to cherish his memory: wife Esther Mae O’Neal, three Children: Latoria Woolard, Ronald Parker, and Dennis Yarrell, all of Washington, N.C., three grandchildren: Zyeria Parker of Washington N.N., and Remi Parker of Greenville N.C.

Charlie & Sharon of Goldsboro, N.C., brother-in-law Samuel Booth, sister-in-law Peggy Parker, three aunts Gladys Lovick of Washington D.C., Shirley Archie and Thelma Booth of Washington N.C., and host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives, and friends.
