On Tuesday, December 21, 2021, Neilson Jornell Suggs entered a peaceful and eternal rest.

Neilson Jornell Suggs was born on October 6, 1970, to Prophetess Janie Suggs and Edward Ellison in Brooklyn, NY. That day in October was a beautiful sunrise, but as the sunset on the day of his departure, we find comfort in knowing we were blessed to have had him for fifty-one years.

Neilson received his formal education in Brooklyn, NY.

Neilson wasn’t a man of many words, but his mother took pride in knowing she could look in his eyes and tell him things he didn’t think she knew.

Our Heavenly Father had another will and plan for Neilson’s life in that his final destination would be Georgia. We are truly blessed and grateful that our Lord and Savior kept him all these years and our love sustained even through the distance.

In his leisure he enjoyed rebuilding cars. His cars were a real passion for him.

Neilson was preceded in death by: his son, Shyheem; and grandmother, Virginia Suggs.

Neilson will be remembered by: children, Kasan, Jay, Lashae, China, and DaDa; grandchildren, Ayden and Nova; parents, Prophetess Janie Suggs and Edward Ellison; stepmother, Gloria; brothers: John Paul, Ian, and Brandon; Aunt Margaret; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives, and friends.
