Michael “Boo” Jermaine Brewington was born on August 07, 1973, to Mr. Johnnie Holloway and Mrs. Wilfred Brewington Simmons in Belhaven, NC. He departed this life on June 30, 2021.

Michael received his formal education in the Beaufort County School system. He attended Northside High School in Pinetown, NC. 

Michael “Boo” Jermaine Brewington accepted Christ at an early age and rededicated his life a couple of years ago.

Michael “Boo” Jermaine Brewington was united in holy matrimony to Latoya A Farrow on October 5, 2012, in Swan Quarter, NC. Their union was blessed with two children.

Michael was employed by Brian Bonney Construction as a laborer for twelve years.

In his leisure, he enjoyed watching football, music, grilling with loved ones, and anything involving water. He touched the lives of many.

Michael was preceded in death by his parents, Wilfred Brewington Simmons and Johnnie Holloway; his stepfather, Larry D. Simmons; brothers, Marshall and Stacy Holloway.

He leaves to cherish his memory: his spouse, Latoya Farrow Brewington; his children; Sha’hiem Markel Brewington and Miyota Jenaea Brewington; his sisters: Michelle “Twin” Brewington, Shebreka Pugh, Betty Russell, Barbara Wiggins, Tomika Wiggins, and Sandra Holloway; his brothers: Donta’ Brewington, Johnnie Holloway, Jr, Donnie Gray, James Barrow, Ronald Barrow, James Peanut Wiggins, DeAngelo Davis, and Anthony Jackson; and a host of other relatives and friends.
