Mr. Lewis Bell

Mr. Lewis Bell of Pantego, N.C. (Terra Ceia) entered into eternal rest on April 15,2021.

Lewis was born on October 31, 1937 to the late Joshua and Jnettie Bell in Beaufort County, North Carolina. On April 15, 2020, angels stopped by to call Lewis home.

Lewis left North Carolina to move to Maryland in 1962. He received his Christian experience at Saint John Christian Community Church in Baltimore, MD. He attended Beaufort County High School in Pantego, NC. Lewis dedicated himself to over 40 years of service with Saval Foods in Baltimore, MD. His favorite pass time was working on cars and telling jokes.

Lewis was married to Annie M. Bell for 60 years. They pledged their vows of holy matrimony and became best friends. He was the proud dad of five children.

Lewis was preceded in death by: his daughter Ella Victoria Bell; six brothers: Joe, Joshua, Robert, James, Edward, and Stevie; five sisters: Madeline, Blanche, Elnora, Ruth, and Ceclia.

He leaves to cherish his memories: his spouse, Annie; his children: Joyce Dian Bell, Lewis Chester Bell (Karen), Hope Denise Bell (Brian), all of Baltimore, MD, Magarrett Bell (Danni) of Clarksville, TN; 1 supportive ex daughter-in-law Charlotte Bell of Baltimore, MD; 4 sisters-in-law Charlotte Whitney of New York, Ella Channel of Maryland, Arthelia Spencer and Lynn Spencer of North Carolina; 3 brothers-in-law Roosevelt Spencer of Maryland, Preston Spencer and Freeman Spencer of North Carolina; 7 grandchildren Lewis Jr, Marquisha, Chantay, Sade, Pascha of Maryland, Alijah of Tennessee, and Autumn of North Carolina; 4 great grandchildren Bria, Brandon, Gabriel all of Maryland and Zavier of North Carolina; a special niece and nephew Jackie Griffin and Jimmy Spruill of North Carolina; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
