Mr. Kenneth F. Canady of Statonsburg, N.C. entered into eternal rest on April 24, 2022.

Mr. Kenneth Fletcher Canady was born May 18,1951 to the union of William Fletcher Canady and Emmie Lou Canady in New Bern, North Carolina.

Mr. Kenneth Canady received his formal education in Craven county’s school system in N.C. where he graduated from Jones Central High School.

Mr. Kenneth Canady accepted Christ as his Savior at age of 15 and was united with Lebanon United Methodist Church.

Mr. Kenneth Canady was united in holy matrimony with Ms. Barbara Clayborn December 16th, 1972, in Kinston, N.C. Their union was blessed with 2 children.

Mr. Kenneth Canady was employed as a Route salesman for most of his life.

 In his leisure he enjoyed Music, Cooking, Taking naps, and Football, especially the Redskins.

Mr. Kenneth Fletcher Canady departed this life April 24, 2022. He was preceded in death by his parents Emmie Lou and William Fletcher, brother Earl Canady, In-laws Helen and Eugene Clayborn.

Mr. Kenneth Fletcher Canady leaves to cherish his memory his wife Barbara Clayborn-Canady of Stantonsburg, N.C., son Brad Canady of Goldsboro N.C., daughter Cherri Hughs of Pikevile, N.C, two grandsons ; Zackary Moody and Remington Hughs both of Pikeville N.C., .two sisters; Bettie Meadows of Wilmington N.C., and Frances Edwards of New Bern, N.C. and a host of Aunts, Uncles, Nieces Nephews and other relatives.
