Mr. Earl Thomas Walker of Washington, N.C. entered into eternal rest on August 25,2021.
Earl Thomas (Clyde Earl Warren) Walker was born on October 3, 1952, to the union of Clarence Wilbert Warren, Sr. and Leona Grice in Beaufort County, NC. He was later adopted into the loving family of Betty Pearl Walker and Horace Walker. He departed this life on August 25, 2021.
Earl received his formal education in the Beaufort County School System. He was a graduate of Washington High School in Washington, NC.
Earl accepted Christ as his Savior and was united with Bethel Chapel Ministries where he was honored to serve as a deacon of the church.
He was employed by WITN News as a camera technician for fifteen years.
In his leisure, he enjoyed frequenting the local library to quench his passion for reading, watching football and basketball, and loved to be around family. Earl loved to call and speak with his grands on the phone. He was also known as quite the jokester. He loved to put a smile on your face.
Earl was preceded in death by both his biological parents, Clarence Wilbert Warren, Sr. and Leona Grice, and his adopted parents, Betty Pearl Walker and Horace Walker;
Earl leaves to cherish his memories; his children: Swaintesha Nicole Mack, Earl Thomas Lloyd, and Betty Shepard; grandchildren: Earl Thomas Lloyd, Jr., Zaniya Nicquel Mack, Jada Kyara Mack; great grandchildren: KyiLee Nichole Edwards, Malonii Khole Mack, and Sabali Safarii Eatmon; a very special friend Vance Black, Tommy Gurganus, and Carrie Boyette; and a host of other relatives and friends.
