Larry Wayne Davis

Mr. Larry Davis of Swan Quarter, N.C. entered into eternal rest on May 15, 2023.

Larry Wayne Davis was born April 24, 1959 to the union of Allen and Bernice Payne Davis in Scranton, NC and departed this life on May 15, 2023.

Larry received his formal education at Mattamuskeet High School in Swan Quarter, NC.

Larry received Christ at an early age and was united with Zion Temple Church.

Larry was employed at Hamilton Beach as a line person and at Flander Filter. He enjoyed fishing, playing cards and basketball.

Larry was proceeded in death by his daughter, Anya Holloway; three brothers, Allen Davis, Jr., Nathan Davis, and William Davis; one sister, Nora Gibbs; a sister-in-law, Betty Clark.

He leaves to cherish his memory, one daughter, Antonisha Holloway; two grandchildren, Xavier Holloway and DJ Ormonds; his parents, Allen and Bernice Davis; one brother, Nelson Davis of Swan Quarter, NC.; two sister-in-laws, Christine Davis of Scranton, NC and Verna Davis of Chocowinity, NC; seven nieces and nephews, Marcus Gibbs, Vilincia Patrick, Sonyette Hopkin, Kaye (Juarez) Rouse, William (Kate) Davis, Charles Stanly, Jr and Tonya Clark; twelve great nieces and nephews, Shonda (Dominique) Fingers, Cam Hopkins, Jay Patrick, Stephon Gibb, Kinslee Davis, William Davis III, Kayleigh Cobb, Jaqwuan Cobb, Serenity Davis, Syncere Gibbs, Daaiyanah Windley, and Jakamien Windly; and a host of other relatives and friends.
