Mr. Jason Douglas Carmon of Greenville, N.C. entered into eternal rest on February 24, 2023.
Jason Douglas Carmon was born to the late Bertha Robinson in Seattle, Washington, on August 23, 1989. His second blessing was receiving his father and mother, Peter and Sharon Carmon, in 1995. He departed this life on Friday, February 24, 2023.
Jason’s infectious demeanor and laughter followed him wherever he journeyed to include gaining his GED, joining the United States Army, and serving two tours in Afghanistan.
After leaving the military, he took up a career in Information Technology and worked with various companies, lastly working with MerchSource in Bloomingdale, Georgia.
Jason was preceded in death by his grandparents, Horace D. Robinson, Shirley and Lee Chapman, and Juanita and William Carmon.
On September 24, 2022, Jason married the love of his life, Tonisha Brown Carmon, and they shared five beautiful months in holy matrimony.
Along with his wife, Jason leaves to cherish memories: four children, Zamarian Brown of Richmond Hills, GA, Jailah Carmon of Talluhah, LA, Harmony Pace of Savannah, GA, and Jayceon Bulluck of Greenville, NC; one godchild, Kayson Jones of Charlotte, NC; parents, Minister Peter and Sharon Carmon of Winterville, NC; father and mother- in-law, Pastor Thomas and Hilda Brown of New Bern, NC; great- grandmother, Zelma Carmon of Greenville, NC; four sisters, Gina Carmon of Cornelius, NC, Shanika Woods of Tacoma, WA, Crystal Kirkwood (Caleph) of Tacoma, WA, and Jacki Hicks of Oklahoma City, OK; special friends include Brooks Best, Kenneth Prayer, and Ashley Verah; and a host of aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.
