James Lee Pittman, Jr was born June 17, 1968 to the union of James Lee Pittman, Sr (deceased) and Mary Lee Jones in Tarboro, NC.

James Lee Pittman, Jr received his formal education at North Edgecombe High School in Leggette, North Carolina. He worked hard as a construction worker until he became disabled.

In his leisure, he enjoyed dancing and singing. He enjoyed the game of basketball and spending time with family and friends.

James Lee Pittman Jr. departed this life on November 24, 2023. He was preceded in death by his father James Lee Pittman, Sr.

 He leaves to cherish his memory his son Anthony Willams and son Maurice Williams, granddaughter Aria Williams and granddaughter Markayla Williams, mother, Mary Brown; sisters, Alice Lloyd (Michael) of Scotland Neck, NC, Angela Pittman of Tarboro, NC, Vickie Jones of Greenville, NC; brother Davonte Jones of Greenville, NC; nephews, Adrian Lloyd, Taris Clark, and Brian Harrell; nieces Alicia Turner and Teore Harrell; special friend Janita Caine; special cousins Jessie Allen and Theresa Allen; and a host of other relatives, family, and friends.
