Henry Lee Cratch, Jr.

Mr. Henry Cratch of Greenville, N.C. entered into eternal rest on February 28, 2023

​Henry Lee Cratch was born February 26, 1967 to the late Henry Cratch, Sr and the late Anna Barfield Cratch in Greenville, NC.

Per family’s request, the public viewing scheduled for tonight, March 6, 2023 from 5:00 p.m. until 7:00p.m. has been canceled.

A public viewing will be held prior to the service from 12:30 p.m until 1:15 p.m. on Tuesday, March 7, 2023.
 
Henry attended J. H. Rose High School in Greenville, NC and furthered his education at eh Puducah Kentucky Truck Training School in Puducah, Ky.
 
Henry was united in holy matrimony with Vangelene Carmon on July 2, 1988. Their union was blessed with 3 children.
 
He was employed by Ezzell Trucking Company as a professional truck driver for the past 15 years. He enjoyed fishing, cooking and grilling.
 
Along with his parents he was proceeded in death by his siblings: Angelina Barfield, Debra Barfield, Helen Jakes, Donnie Barfield and Roosevelt Barfield,
 
Henry leaves to cherish his memory his wife; Vangelene Carmon Cratch. His children: Adrianne Carmon Pittman (Cedric), Rosalind  Symone Cratch (Bryan Corbett) and Ornisha Bernice Cratch (Vaday Spruill). Six grandchildren: Shaniyah Pittman, Jamiyah Pittman, Jasiah Boswell, Iviona Boswell, Daziah Spruill and Devonte Spruill, Jr.
Four sisters; Dorothy Randolph, Josephine Blount, Joan Barfield, Jean (Henry), and Jackie Barrett (Eddie). Two brothers: Vance Barfield (Shawnta) and James Cratch (Ava). One Aunt: Shirley Wilson(Owen).
Devoted friends: Gloria Moore, Leroy Carmen, Kelly Carmon and Carlton Nobles (BowLow). A host of nieces, nephews cousins and friends.
