Finnell Moye Sr.

Mr. Finnell Moye of Greenville, N.C. entered into eternal rest on May 23,2023.

Finnell Moye, Sr. was born on Friday, March 28, 1952, in Pitt County North Carolina. He attended D.H. Conley High School from which he graduated. Shortly after, that he enlisted into the U.S. Army where he was honorably discharged due to injuries.

He departed this life on Tuesday, May 23, 2023. He was preceded in death by his parents, Ida Bell and Jasper Lee Moye; sister, Mary Alice Moye; two brothers, Ernest Lee and James Henry Moye; one sister-in-law, Elenor Moye.

He leaves to his cherish memories, Doris Moye; five children, Omar Moye, Lashonda Joyner, Latoya Moye, Finnell Moye Jr.  (Lashea), and Terrell Sutton; thirteen grandchildren, four great grandchildren; two sisters, Ellen and Trumilla Moye; five brothers, Willie Moye (Lillian), Jessie Moye, Phillip Moye (Monica), Edward Earl Moye, and Bobby Moye; one special brother, Richie Eakes; and a host of other relatives and friends.
