Deven Deontae “DD” Davis was born on July 12, 1999, in Kinston, N.C.

Deven Deontae Davis received his formal education at Greene Central High School in Snow Hill, N.C.  He was a strong believer in God. He was employed by FCM Masonry. In his leisure, he enjoyed helping with yard work and gardening with his grandparents and father.

Deven Deontae Davis departed this life on September 24, 2022. He was preceded in death by: Grandmother: Bonnie Edwards Williams.

He leaves to cherish his memory: Father: Reginald Lee Davis (Sirlena) of the home; Mother: Anita Edwards; Sisters: Aaliyah Shadae Davis, Keosha Ham, and Zanasia Bynum; Brothers: Reginald Lee Davis, Jr., Joshua Shane Brown, and Travonte Ham; Grandparents: Palmer Davis (Margie); Uncles: Chris Davis (LaQuita), Zachary Davis, Cory Dixon, Jay Edwards, and Jarrett Edwards; Aunt: Tina Heath Chrisitian (Michael); and a host of other aunts, uncles, cousins, family, and friends.
