Christopher "Tattoo Chris" Wells, Jr.

Mr. Christopher Wells, Jr., 51, affectionally known as "Tattoo Chris", of Greenville, NC,  passed away on Friday, January 19, 2024 in Greenville, NC.

Christopher Wells Jr. was born December 20, 1972, to the union of Helen and Christopher Wells Sr. in Harlem, NY.

Christopher received his formal education at The High School of Art & Design in New York, NY. He furthered his education at Job Corp in NY.

Christopher Wells, Jr. accepted Christ on January 20, 2015, at the age of 43 and was united with Faith Church where he served as security personnel. 

Christopher Wells, Jr. was united in holy matrimony to Traci Gray on October 15, 2015, in Greenville NC.

He was employed with Invazion Ink where he was the Owner, Operator, and Tattoo Artist until his untimely passing.

In his leisure, he enjoyed cooking, traveling, fishing, and hunting. He was affiliated with Killemand Grillem Hunting Club.

Christopher Wells, Jr. departed this life on January 19, 2024. He was preceded in death by his daughter, Christyl Wells. 

He leaves to cherish his memory: his spouse, Traci Gray Wells; children, Chris III., Andre, Somjai, and Thaijai; grandchildren, Rylee, Kileigh, Tymiere, Samiya, Saliyah, Somora, and Andre Jr.; parents, Christopher Wells, Sr. and Helen Fisher (Raymond Fisher); sisters Nicole and Brooklyn; brothers Troy, Paris, Dinambi, and Darryl; and a host of other family, extended family, and friends.
