Carolyn Delon (Satterthwaite) Credle

Mrs. Carolyn Credle of Belhaven, N.C. passed away on December  21, 2023.

Carolyn Delon Credle was born Carolyn Delon Satterthwaite on March 5, 1955, and departed this earthly life on December 21, 2023, in Washington, NC surrounded by her loving family.

Carolyn received her formal education at John Wilkinson High School in Belhaven, NC. After graduating high school, she evolved in her career as a Certified Nursing Assistant, caring for patients at Pantego Rest Home and Autumn Fields Assisted Living. Carolyn also had another talent that blessed many through her gift of cleaning houses. In her leisure time, she also enjoyed scratching lottery tickets, watching Family Feud, and watching soap operas, especially “The Bold and The Beautiful”.

Carolyn was preceded in death by her parents, Mary Elizabeth Moore, Sonny Moore and Harold Winfield; and one daughter, Terri Satterthwaite.

Left to cherish her memories are: her husband, Brice Credle; one son, Gregvon Satterthwaite; three grandchildren, Kiamoni, Gregvon Satterthwaite, Jr., and Kiavona Satterthwaite; two great-grandchildren, Ezra and Sage Satterthwaite; four sisters, Linda Wilkinson, Kathy Moore, Janice Winfield, and Veronica Winfield; four brothers, Ronnie Cutler, Steven Winfield, Curtis Winfield, and Kenneth Winfield; one aunt, Joyce Aurther; one uncle, John Satterthwaite; two nephews that she loved like her very own, Clarence Godley and Kelvin Godley; and a host of nieces nephews, cousins, other family members, and friends.
