Mr. Bobby Ray Gorham of Greenville, N.C. passed on December 9, 2023.

Bobby Ray Gorham was born on August 4, 1974, to the union of Columbus and Nora Gorham in Farmville, NC.

Bobby Ray Gorham received his formal education in the Pitt County School System at Farmville Central High School in Farmville, NC.

Bobby Ray Gorham accepted Christ as his Savior at an early age and was united with Holy Temple Church where he was the drummer.

Bobby Gorham was united in holy matrimony with Keisha Murphy on September 2, 1998, in Greenville, NC. Their union was blessed with seven children. He was employed by Chester Norville and Town of Fountain as a farm laborer and town utilities maintenance tech until his health began to fail.  In his leisure, he enjoyed fishing, playing drums, his kids and family.

Bobby Ray Gorham departed this life on December 9, 2023. He was preceded in death by: father, Columbus Gorham; brother, Columbus Gorham Jr.; and best friend, Ronnie Forman.

He leaves to cherish his memory: wife, Keisha Murphy Gorham; children, Tonisha Gorham, Kendoria Gorham, Stephanie Gorham, Bobby Gorham Jr., Jaylin Gorham, Kevin Gorham, and  Kristy Gorham; grandchildren, Kenya Gorham, Jahvaria Whitted, Mariah Whitted, Jarvaris Whitted Jr., Aubree Gorham, Ava Nelson, Keyshawn Gorham, Jamal Reid Jr, Brayden Reid, Jamaria Reid, and Jayden Reid; mother, Nora Ann Gorham; one brother, Tony Gorham (Carrie); one sister, Brenda Barrett (Clayton); and a host of other family and friends.

Arrangements have been entrusted to Heavenly Arms Family Mortuary & Cremation Services, 8482 E. Marlboro Rd. Suite G, Farmville, N.C
